Winter is here. The good thing is we no longer need to think about sun damage to our hair. We have a summer skin care routine that protects our skin from the rays of the sun and now that it's winter it is time to start thinking about how to get our hair winter ready as it gets drier, wetter and moist. Using your straighteners or flat iron once a week with heat protecting products is what you would do in an ideal world. But this is not always the case.
